Upon the conversion of our Company to a public limited company, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board dated July 1, 2024 and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders dated July 26, 2024, the name of our Company was changed from `Shree Ram Twistex Private Limited' to `Shree Ram Twistex Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 18, 2024, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
