Our Company was originally incorporated in the name and style of Cybertech Software & Multimedia Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated July 15, 1998, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Orissa. Subsequently, in order to create a better brand value in the domestic and international markets, the name of our Company was changed to CSM Technologies Private Limited, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated October 13, 2014, issued by the Registrarof Companies, Cuttack. Thereafter, our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board of Directors at their meeting held on June 18, 2025 and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at the EGM held on July 11, 2025, following which the name of our Company was changed to CSM Technologies Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre on July 29, 2025.
